Description of Policy from Merchant:
If you make a purchase through another party, such as a gallery, please consult with them regarding exchanges and returns.
The sales of originals paintings, commissioned paintings, prints and calendars are final.
With few exceptions, I am responsible for packing and shipping all orders, and providing tracking numbers to clients. Occasionally, I prioritize packing and shipping items to clients as quickly as possible over providing tracking numbers upon shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact me at erika@erikastearly.com
I am not responsible for the mishandling or failed delivery of items, and I am not liable for damage that occurs after your order arrives. I work extremely hard to package items so that they arrive undamaged regardless of how eventful their shipping journey was, but ultimately, I have no control over the treatment of your package in transit.
If your package was marked "delivered" but is nowhere to be found, you must immediately and personally contact the shipping service. They were the last ones to have possession of your package.
